Chanteuse Stephanie Miele and her band will treat you to an assortment of songs both popular and unknown, leaving you with a thorough appreciation for this master of the musical theater. Featuring Stephanie Miele, soprano; Alice Carey, piano; John Wall, bass. $15

Inkwell Bookstore Literary Series: The American Lighthouse Cookbook

International food writer Becky Sue Epsein and Chef Ed Jackson will discuss their new book, "The American Lighthouse Cookbook: The Best Recipes and Stories from America's Shorelines." Prior to the talk, Chef Jackson will conduct a cooking demonstration in the Highfield Hall kitchen. Kitchen space is limited to 20, so register early if you want to be included in the cooking portion! Tickets are available at The Inkwell Bookstore or by calling with credit card information 508-540-0039. Net proceeds from this event benefit the preservation of Highfield Hall.

The Holidays at Highfield- Family Day

View the elegant rooms of Highfield Hall in all of their holiday finery. Local decorators and florists will be filling the rooms with holiday décor and tree trimmings and an international crèche collection will be on display. Upstairs will showcase the treasures of Bill Hendel. Live music and refreshments are also featured. New this year -- holiday craft, decorating, and culinary workshops throughout the month of November. Keep an eye on our website for more information.

Friday November 27 is Family Day- bring the kids!
Admission $5 for adults at the door.

First Sunday Estate Walk & History of the Beebe Property

Join us on the first Sunday of each month for a special estate walk of the Beebe property. Learn about the building of Highfield Hall and its sister mansion, Tanglewood, explore the grounds and gardens, and hear about the Beebe family members who lived a lavish Victorian lifestyle during the late 19^th and early 20^th century. $5 donation suggested. Walks will not be held in the event of rain. Reservations are encouraged, but not required, by calling 508-495-1878, ext. 308 or emailing reservations@highfieldhall.org.
